# Morton Command Center > **Single pane of glass for MSPs.** A custom-built operations dashboard that unifies your existing PSA, RMM, billing, security, and procurement tools into one branded workspace. No data migration. Live in 2-4 weeks. Flat-rate pricing, no per-seat fees. Built and personally supported by the engineer who created it. Morton Command Center is a SaaS platform purpose-built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT operations teams who are tired of switching between 5-8 vendor tools to handle a single ticket. Unlike all-in-one platforms (Kaseya BMS, ConnectWise, Atera, SuperOps, Syncro) which require you to migrate every ticket, contract, and customer into the vendor's database before you see any benefit, Command Center reads from the tools you already use via API and stitches them into one personalized dashboard. Your data stays in your existing tools. If you ever stop using Command Center, your tools and history are exactly where they were before. **Full solutions directory:** https://mortoncommand.com/solutions lists every Command Center landing page (alternatives, stack integrations, platform capabilities, industries, and use cases) in one place. **Product made by:** MortonApps LLC (California). **Founder:** Greg Morton, who is also a partner at IT Pro Source, the pilot MSP. **Hosting:** Cloudflare's global edge network (300+ cities). **Status:** Live in production at IT Pro Source for 6+ months. Available for new customers. **Launch pricing is active through December 31, 2026.** Sign up by then and lock in these rates for life: 30% off the subscription and 25% off the build and every integration, that's a $4,500 build, $350/month subscription, and $1,500 per additional integration. Regular pricing after that is $6,000 for the build, $500/month hosting & support, and $2,000 per additional integration. **Contact:** - Sales: sales@mortonapps.com - General: info@mortonapps.com - Security: security@mortonapps.com - Legal: legal@mortonapps.com - Website: https://mortoncommand.com - Demo access: https://mortoncommand.com/demo - Discovery call: https://mortoncommand.com (scroll to "Schedule a Consultation") ## The Problem We Solve Most MSPs run on 5-10 separate vendor tools: Freshdesk or ConnectWise for tickets, NinjaOne for RMM, Huntress or Cork for security, Pax8 for licensing, eBillity or Harvest for time, QuickBooks for billing, 3CX or RingCentral for phones, Datto or Veeam for backups. Every job means logging into three or four of them. Every monthly invoice cycle means manual exports, CSV reconciliation, and a half-day of billing work. Every cross-tool report has to be assembled by hand. The all-in-one platforms promise to fix this but force a 3-6 month migration before you see the unified-UX payoff. Command Center plugs into your existing vendors and surfaces them in one app. Tickets live next to the device they're about, the customer's invoices, their backup status, their security posture, and the call that opened the ticket. One login, one queue. Your vendor accounts stay yours. We don't replace them; we stop forcing you to live in their separate UIs. ## Who It's For - **MSPs of any size**, from a solo operator with 3 client orgs to regional shops managing 200+. Flat-rate pricing means your bill doesn't punish growth, and the platform scales down just as cleanly as it scales up. - **Healthcare MSPs** needing audit trails and role-separated access. - **MSPs serving SMB clients** who want a clean per-client view sized for 5-50 employee businesses without enterprise-CRM overhead. - **MSPs whose current PSA/RMM stack works fine** but need a unifying layer for billing, reporting, communication, and security operations. - **MSPs frustrated** with per-seat / per-endpoint pricing that scales their bill with their growth. - **MSPs running QuickBooks Desktop** for billing. Most competing platforms only support QuickBooks Online; Command Center handles both. - **MSPs with a non-standard contract mix** (managed flat-rate, block hours, T&M, infrastructure, a-la-carte), where one client doesn't bill like the next. ## Pricing (Launch Pricing) Full pricing page: https://mortoncommand.com/pricing **Transparent, flat-rate. No per-user, per-endpoint, per-ticket, or per-client fees.** - **One-time build:** $4,500 at launch pricing, $6,000 at regular pricing (25% off). Includes discovery, custom development of 3 integrations, module configuration, client mapping, deployment to your branded subdomain (e.g. cc.yourmsp.com), and team training. - **Hosting & support:** $350/month at launch pricing, $500/month at regular pricing (30% off). Includes ongoing platform management, hosting, maintenance, updates, client email delivery, workflow refinements, priority support, and unlimited users (under 10 team size). - **Additional integrations:** $1,500 one-time each at launch pricing, $2,000 one-time each at regular pricing (25% off, beyond the 3 included). - **12-month payment plan:** At launch pricing, amortize the build over year one at $375/mo, plus your $350/mo subscription, for a $725/mo blended cost at 3 integrations, dropping to $350/mo from year 2 onward. Each additional integration amortized the same way adds $125/mo. **Launch pricing:** Sign up by December 31, 2026 and lock in these rates for life. No annual increases, no creeping renewal hikes, even if your team or stack grows. **Regular pricing:** Applies to accounts opened after December 31, 2026: $6,000 for the build, $500/month hosting & support, and $2,000 per additional integration. Launch pricing is therefore 30% off the subscription and 25% off the build and every integration. Larger or more complex engagements get custom enterprise pricing. ## Core Features ### Unified Ticket Queue - Every open ticket across all your PSA systems in one filterable list. Status, agent, company, priority, sort filters. - Watched tickets pinned separately. - Live agent and requester activity feeds. - Reply, resolve, log time, and place outbound calls without leaving the dashboard. ### Per-Client Company View (Agents) + White-Label Customer Portal - Tabbed per-client view: Plans & Rates, Work (tickets), Maintenance, Security, Backup, Invoices, Contacts, Licenses & Renewals, Email Preferences. - The same view ships as a **white-label customer portal** at your domain. You choose which tabs each client sees. One link, no internal data exposure. - Role separation built in (admin vs. clinician vs. billing for healthcare clients). ### Automated Invoicing (QuickBooks Desktop + Online + Xero + FreshBooks) - Configure plans, recurring services, and per-client billing rules once. - Device counts auto-pull from NinjaOne live, security license counts from Huntress (EDR, ITDR, SIEM, SAT), reseller quantities and prices from Pax8. - Five contract types in one engine: per-device managed plans, flat-fee small office, block hours, hourly T&M, infrastructure. - One-click batch invoice generation. Every invoice posts straight to QuickBooks Desktop ready to send. - Dry-run preview before any invoice leaves the platform. - Full audit trail of every batch, adjustment, and run. ### Built-In Email Marketing (Bundled, Not Add-On) - Compose and send branded campaigns from inside Command Center. - Filter recipients by company, contract type, contact role, or custom tags. - Personalize at scale with `{{name}}` and `{{company}}` variables. - Branded templates wrapped in your logo, gradient header/footer, and contact info. - Scheduled automated reports: ticket digests, backup status, security summaries, billable-work breakdowns. Daily / weekly / monthly. - Per-company opt-out enforced automatically. - Full send log: every email, recipient, timestamp, status. - **Delivery included** in your monthly hosting price. No MailChimp, no HubSpot per-seat fee, no extra login. ### Multi-Vendor Backup Monitoring - Whatever backup tools you run, Command Center rolls every vendor's job state into one exception-first view. That covers Datto BCDR, Datto SaaS Protection (M365), NinjaOne, Veeam, Acronis, Barracuda, Synology, anything cloud-native, and anything custom. - If your backup vendor has an API, we wire it in during your build. Email-ingest fallback covers vendors that don't expose an API at all. - The page only shows failures, stale jobs, and devices missing a backup entirely. Server jobs flag stale at three days, workstation jobs at seven. - Per-device overrides let you customize thresholds, hide retired devices, or rename a job for clarity. - Stale / Failed totals up top, alerting clients surfaced first, healthy clients tucked behind a "Show N healthy" toggle. ### Security Operations Dashboard - Whatever security tools you run, Command Center normalizes them into a unified finding shape and rolls them up by customer on a single security tab. That covers EDR (Huntress, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Defender for Business, ThreatLocker, …), compliance / posture (Cork, …), pen test (vPenTest, …), firewall (SonicWall, Fortinet, …), and email security (Checkpoint Harmony, Mimecast, Proofpoint, …). - Adapter pattern, not vendor lock-in. If your security vendor has an API, we wire it in during your build. Same severity model, same dashboard rollup, same per-company drill-in. - Findings deduplicated across vendors. Each finding carries severity, target, status, and remediation guidance, sourced from whichever vendor reported it. - Per-tenant flags let you disable any vendor you don't run. Action-queue layout, posture rollups per client, per-client security tab. ### Revenue Overview - At a glance: projected ARR, annual billable, MRR, average monthly, top billable clients, block-hour purchases. - QuickBooks / Xero / FreshBooks / eBillity data. ### Drag-and-Drop Custom Dashboard Builder - Each tenant shapes its own dashboard with drag-and-drop sections and tiles. - Surface the tickets, calls, revenue, billing, backups, devices, and alerts that matter to your team. Hide the rest. ### Phone System Integration - Call logs, call queues, click-to-call from inside a ticket. - Calls attached to the ticket they belong to. - Production: 3CX, RingCentral. Also: Dialpad, Nextiva. ### Time Tracking + Billing Integration - Timecards captured per ticket. Each tech has their own timer on the same ticket. No overwriting when two people work it. - Time flows straight into billing with the ticket id, customer, and class already populated. - Production: eBillity, QuickBooks Time. Also: Harvest. ### Companies & Contacts (Unified Directory) - One contact directory across every vendor. No more separate contact lists per tool. - Tag contacts by role (primary, billing, purchase approver, technical) once and use the tags everywhere. - Inactive filtering on a single switch (excludes vendor-flagged inactive plus your own deactivation list). ### Procurement & Quotes - Purchase requests, branded quote builder, approval flow. - Ordered-followup ticket status auto-applied so techs know what's on order vs. delivered. - Pax8 / Ingram Micro / TD SYNNEX product catalogs available inside the quote tool. ### Sales Leads Pipeline - Kanban with six stages: New, In Progress and Quoted are the open pipeline; Won, Lost and Rejected are terminal and drop out of open-pipeline totals. - Drag-and-drop owner reassignment, per-lead projected value (recurring MRR or one-time project labor, never mixed in a total), lifetime value math, conversion to client onboarding queue on close. ### Document Builder - Generate branded proposals, project plans, onboarding docs, and network diagrams from reusable templates with per-client variables. - Output to PDF or shareable link. Brand styling pulled from per-tenant branding settings. ## Integrations (If It Has an API, We Connect It) **Three integrations included in the base build. Same predictable price as a SaaS, fit closer to a custom build. - **Pricing model:** Flat fee, doesn't scale with your headcount or endpoint count. - **Data freshness:** Sync cadence tuned per integration. Real-time when it matters, nightly when it doesn't. Not stuck on fixed nightly batches. - **New integrations:** We build them as your stack evolves. Most off-the-shelf platforms make you wait for the vendor roadmap or use Zapier workarounds. - **Workflow fit:** Built around how your techs already work. Not template-based. - **No lock-in:** Your existing tools remain the source of truth. Leaving means using your tools natively again. ## Solutions / Use Cases - [Custom MSP Platform](https://mortoncommand.com/custom-msp-platform): Tailored workflows for how your team operates. - [Consolidate Your MSP Stack](https://mortoncommand.com/consolidate-msp-stack): One dashboard for tickets, billing, devices, reporting. - Bringing everything into one UI has changed how we run: tickets close faster, timecards don't get missed anymore, monthly invoicing takes a fraction of the time, and we can email our entire client base about anything from product updates to security advisories without paying for another platform." (**Mitch Pratt**, Owner, IT Pro Source) ## The Build Process 1. **Discovery call** (45 min): Map your stack, understand your team's workflows, identify friction points. No commitment. 2. **Scoped proposal:** Written summary, integrations in scope, fixed-price proposal. 3. **Custom build:** We build your Command Center with the exact integrations, modules, and views, configured and tested against your live systems. 4. **Deploy & train:** Stand up on your branded subdomain (e.g. cc.yourmsp.com), configure roles and access controls, map clients across systems, train your team. 5. **Iterate & evolve:** Add new integrations, adjust workflows, build custom modules as you scale. **Typical timeline:** 2-4 weeks from discovery to live. Complex builds with 7+ integrations can run 6-8 weeks. A firm timeline is locked in before you sign anything. ## Architecture & Security - [Full Security Page](https://mortoncommand.com/security) - **Edge-deployed globally** on Cloudflare's network across 300+ cities. Requests execute in milliseconds. - **Your data stays in your tools.** Command Center reads from Freshdesk, QuickBooks, NinjaOne, etc. via API and renders unified views. Records created in Command Center itself, such as native timecards, live in each instance's own database. - **Isolated per-tenant infrastructure:** each customer gets their own Cloudflare Pages project, dedicated KV namespace, dedicated R2 bucket, dedicated Workers and its own database. The only shared services that handle customer data are email sending (Morton Mail), bug reports, AI tools and backups, listed on the Security page. - **TLS 1.2+** for all traffic, HTTP requests auto-upgraded. - **Cloudflare Access** for authentication: SSO, MFA, IP restrictions out of the box. - **Role-based permissions:** admin, agent, customer-portal-viewer roles. - **API keys never leave the platform.** - **Built for healthcare MSPs** (audit trail by design, role-separated access). - **Written agreement** for every engagement, plus a DPA where both parties sign one. ## Live Demo - [Request Demo Access](https://mortoncommand.com/demo) Hands-on, no sales call required. Credentials sent within ~24 hours. Read-only sandboxed environment populated with realistic MSP data (companies, contacts, tickets, billing, security findings, backups). Same UI your team would use. No pitch deck. What's in the demo: - Live dashboard with ticket stats, agent activity, watched items, recent operations. - ~30 open tickets across 60 sample customer organizations, filterable and drillable. - Per-client tabbed company view with the customer portal preview. - Configured billing rules, invoice review queue, revenue dashboard. - Security operations action queue (Huntress, Cork, vPenTest data). - Multi-vendor backup health dashboard. ## FAQ: What Buyers Actually Ask - [Full FAQ](https://mortoncommand.com/faq) **How long does a build take?** 2-4 weeks typical. 6-8 weeks for complex builds (7+ integrations or unusual workflows). Firm timeline before contract. **Is the pricing really flat?** Yes. $4,500 one-time build (launch pricing; $6,000 regular) + $350/mo hosting & support (launch pricing; $500/mo regular) + $1,500 per additional integration beyond the 3 included (launch pricing; $2,000 regular). No per-user, per-endpoint, per-ticket, or per-client fees. Hire ten more techs tomorrow. Your bill doesn't change. **What if I want to leave?** Your business data already lives in your tools. Stop using Command Center, your tools and history are exactly where they were. Platform-specific config (dashboards, mappings, audit logs) exported as JSON on request. **What if MortonApps goes out of business?** Worst case: you go back to using your tools natively, and your Command Center records stay available for export on request for 30 days, or the period your agreement sets. **What if you don't integrate with my tool?** Every integration is custom-built for the customer's own stack. If your tool has an API, we build the connector during the build. **What if I need a feature you don't have?** We build it. Most of the platform's features were built to solve real problems that came up in daily use at a working MSP. Small enhancements usually included in the monthly Subscription; larger work scoped and quoted. **Do I need to migrate off my existing tools?** No. That's the whole point. PSA, RMM, accounting, security all stay where they are. **Will my team need training?** 60-90 minute rollout session for the full team is included with every build. Plus a detailed admin walkthrough for the platform owner. **Can I try before committing?** No traditional free trial (the service is custom-built per customer), but: (1) request demo access to explore a populated environment, (2) a discovery call + scoped proposal with no commitment, (3) live walkthrough of an existing customer deployment with sensitive data obscured, (4) paid pilot scope possible for larger engagements. **What security certifications do you have?** MortonApps itself is not SOC 2 certified; its platform providers (Cloudflare, Clerk, AWS) hold SOC 2 Type II reports. Direct certification of MortonApps is on the roadmap as we scale; in the interim we complete customer-led security questionnaires. **What are your support hours?** Standard business-hours support, with founder-level escalation available outside hours for production-impacting issues. You're not waiting in a tier-1 queue. **Who at MortonApps can see my data?** Greg Morton, who builds and supports the platform, can reach your instance's data when he needs it to fix a problem or answer a support request. He uses AI tools (Claude, from Anthropic) for that work, so Anthropic receives what those tools read; our Privacy Policy says what Anthropic keeps and for how long. There is no offshore tier-1 support queue with read access. **Do integration costs scale with my client count?** No. $1,500 per integration at launch pricing ($2,000 regular) is one-time, regardless of how many clients use it. Build it once, run it across your whole portfolio. **What's actually included in the monthly Subscription?** Hosting, ongoing platform updates, security patches, branded email delivery, priority support, and small workflow refinements. Larger build work (new integrations, custom modules) is scoped and quoted separately. **What if you raise prices on me?** Customers who sign up during launch pricing (through December 31, 2026) lock in their rates for life at $4,500 for the build, $350/month hosting & support, and $1,500 per additional integration. No annual increases, no creeping renewal hikes. Regular pricing ($6,000 for the build, $500/month hosting & support, $2,000 per additional integration) only applies to new customers who sign up after that date. ## About MortonApps / Founder - [About page](https://mortoncommand.com/about) Morton Command Center is a product of **MortonApps LLC**, a California limited liability company. Founded and led by **Greg Morton**, who also runs operations as a partner at IT Pro Source, a California MSP serving hospice, healthcare, and SMB clients across the Central Valley. The platform was pressure-tested there for 6+ months in real production (real billing, real security ops, real support) before opening to outside customers. Greg leads a small, deliberately tight engineering team. Every engagement is owned end-to-end by Greg himself (discovery, scope, architecture, ongoing relationship), with the team building alongside him. The platform stays opinionated and coherent because the same set of hands shapes every customer's deployment. > "I built every integration in your Command Center. I run the same platform at IT Pro Source every day. When something breaks or you need a new connector, you're talking to the person who designed it, not a tier-1 support queue." **The pilot stack at ITPS:** Freshdesk (PSA), NinjaOne (RMM), QuickBooks Desktop (billing), eBillity (time), 3CX (phones), Pax8 + Ingram (procurement), Huntress + Cork + vPenTest + SonicWall (security), IT Glue (docs). **Why this matters:** When you sign Command Center, you're not buying access to a vendor support queue. You're hiring the engineer who designed every integration. Direct line for custom work and bug fixes. Deliberate growth. MortonApps would rather serve fifteen MSPs well than fifty MSPs poorly. ## Latest from the Blog - [Blog index](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/): Articles on MSP operations, integrations, platform updates. - [QuickBooks Desktop Billing for MSPs Without Manual Export](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/quickbooks-desktop-msp-billing-automation) - [Freshdesk + NinjaOne MSP Workflow](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/freshdesk-ninjaone-msp-workflow) - [Hybrid vs. Bespoke MSP Platforms](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/hybrid-vs-bespoke-msp-platforms) - [The Per-Seat Tax on MSP Economics](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/per-seat-tax-msp-economics) - [Reconciling Pax8 license counts against what you actually bill](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/pax8-license-reconciliation-msp) - [Flat-Rate vs Per-Seat MSP Pricing: The Math](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/msp-flat-rate-vs-per-seat-platform-pricing) - [Unifying NinjaOne, Huntress, and Cork alerts into one triage queue](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/unifying-ninjaone-huntress-cork-alerts) - [Pax8 to QuickBooks: Closing the MSP Reseller Billing Loop](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/pax8-quickbooks-billing-automation-msps) - [Security operations for small MSPs without a SOC](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/security-operations-small-msp-no-soc) - [Give clients a portal without exposing your admin tools](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/white-label-client-portal-without-exposing-admin) - [A repeatable client-onboarding workflow for MSPs](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/msp-client-onboarding-workflow) - [Tracking contract and license renewals before they lapse](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/tracking-msp-contract-renewals) - [AR aging for MSPs: stop chasing invoices in spreadsheets](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/msp-ar-aging-stop-chasing-spreadsheets) - [One screen for tickets, devices, backups, and billing](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/unified-msp-ops-dashboard) - [Building an MSP KPI dashboard your team actually uses](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/building-msp-kpi-dashboard-team-uses) - [Custom vs. SaaS MSP Platform: Which Model Fits Your Stack?](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/connectwise-alternative-custom-msp-platform) - [End-of-month billing: from 4 hours to 35 minutes](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/end-of-month-billing-time) - [After-Hours and Tiered Rates: MSP Billing Math](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/after-hours-multipliers-tiered-rates-msp) - [How MSPs automate QuickBooks Desktop without opening a firewall port](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/quickbooks-desktop-conductor-security-msp) - [MSP reporting clients actually read](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/msp-reporting-clients-actually-read) - [Billing leakage: the devices, seats, and licenses you forgot to bill](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/catching-msp-billing-leakage) - [Connecting 3CX call data to your tickets and billing](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/connecting-3cx-calls-to-tickets-billing) - [From time entry to invoice line: automating billable hours](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/time-entries-to-invoice-lines-msp) - [How recurring MSP invoices can build themselves](https://mortoncommand.com/blog/how-recurring-msp-invoices-build-themselves) - [Your MSP's data lives in eight tools.
