What's in the demo
The demo tenant is a fully functional Morton Command Center deployment with realistic data so you can evaluate the actual product, not a guided slideshow:
- Dashboard. Ticket stats, agent activity, watched items, recent operations — same customizable tile grid your team would see at login (reorder, resize, and add or remove tiles from the widget library).
- Tickets. ~30 open tickets across 60 sample customer organizations. Filter, search, drill into a ticket, see the unified conversation + device context + customer info.
- Companies. Per-client tabbed view: plans & rates, tickets, devices, backups, security findings, invoices. Plus the customer portal preview you'd ship to your own clients.
- Billing. Configured per-client billing rules, an invoice review queue, revenue dashboard with MRR and billable hours.
- Security operations. Sample findings from a security stack (Huntress, Cork, and vPenTest are shown here as examples) — the action-queue layout, posture rollups, per-client security tab. Because the platform is API-driven, we build your security integrations custom to whatever you run — any tool with an API.
- Backups. Multi-vendor backup health with the healthy-clients-collapsed view.
- Email campaigns. Built-in bulk email with templates and targeting.
- Procurement, time tracking, leads, onboarding — everything else under the sidebar.
The data is synthetic but realistic (modeled on real-world MSP operations), so the workflows feel authentic. Nothing on the demo tenant is a real customer.
The integrations you'll see in the demo (QuickBooks Desktop via Conductor, NinjaOne, 3CX, Freshdesk, Pax8, Huntress, eBillity) are examples, not a fixed menu: every integration is custom-built for your stack as part of your engagement, and whatever you actually run plugs into the same workflows. Bring your accounting system (QuickBooks Desktop or Online, Xero, Sage, or anything with an API), your RMM (NinjaOne, Datto, or whatever you run), your PSA, and your phone system, and we build each integration to fit your exact setup during your build. If your tool has an API, we build the integration — custom to your stack. That's the advantage of a platform built to fit your stack instead of forcing you onto a rigid suite's pre-wired list.
Why we gate it
So we can do the work for you. When you request access, Greg sends back a short context note tailored to your stack — what to look at first, which integrations are most relevant to your situation, the workflows that mirror how your MSP is set up. The 60-second context note saves you 30 minutes of poking around figuring out what's relevant. You're hiring an engineer who runs an MSP himself; he'd rather frame the demo for you than make you find the good parts on your own.
Side benefit: the demo tenant runs on real infrastructure and we'd rather not have it publicly indexed or scraped.
You're not committing to anything by requesting access. You'll get credentials, the URL, and the context note. Then it's yours to explore — at your pace, with no follow-up sequence unless you ask for one.
Request access
Tell us a bit about your MSP. You'll get demo credentials, the URL, and a short note from Greg with the highlights for your stack.
Greg personally replies to every request within ~24 hours with credentials + a short context note. No sales sequence, no auto-drip.
Prefer a guided walkthrough?
If you'd rather have someone show you around before clicking solo, schedule a 30-minute consultation. Same person (Greg), same product, just with someone narrating the parts most relevant to your MSP's stack.
