One build fee, one monthly fee, and a published price for anything extra. No per-seat tiers, no usage meters, no quote-only pricing you have to sit through a sales call to hear.
No per-seat fees. No usage tiers. No surprises. A setup that scales to the size of your stack, plus a flat monthly fee to keep it running and evolving. Prefer to avoid a large upfront bill? Amortize the setup over 12 months.
Larger teams or complex requirements? Contact us for custom enterprise pricing.
Most MSP platforms quote you a low per-seat number and let the bill grow with your headcount, your endpoint count, and your ticket volume. This is the entire price list.
With the three integrations included in the build, and no add-ons.
That is the same figure whether you run four technicians or forty. Larger teams or unusual requirements are the one exception, and those are quoted directly. Ask for a number.

Discovery and requirements gathering, custom development of three integrations against your actual stack, module configuration and testing, client mapping across all your systems, deployment to your own branded subdomain, and team training and onboarding.
Because the product is not a template you configure. Roughly 80% of the integrations running in production Command Centers were custom-built for that customer's specific stack. The build fee is the work of making it fit your tools rather than making you fit someone else's.
Yes. A 12-month plan amortizes the build across year one at roughly $808 a month including hosting and support, dropping to $350 a month from month 13 onward. Use the toggle above to see both.
No. An integration is $1,250 one-time regardless of how many client companies use it. Build it once and it runs across your whole portfolio.
If it emails reports, the email-ingestion adapter handles it. If it has an API, we build the connector during the build phase. Either way it is part of the integration count, not a surcharge.
The first five customers lock in these rates for the life of their account. Standard pricing after that is expected to run about 50% higher.
